Depression / Quick to anger / WHY??
Nope, it just happened to be on your post I chose to attack him! haha I hope this phase goes quickly for you, once your weight stables a little more I think you will feel better it all just takes time. Just make sure your wife knows that it will subside so she doesn't get the lawyers to draw up divorce papers!
Hey guys....
I know what Hanshc is going through because I'm going through it myself. I've NEVER been moody or an emotional type of guy, but I'm a friggin mess. I'm a little over 4 weeks out and at times I feel this intense sadness/depression/anger that is SO hard to shake. Such little, unimportant things that would never have upset me before now just put me in a total funk and **** me off.
So, tonight, when it came on, I drank one of those nasty liquid whey protein bullets and took a Xanax. It took about an hour and a half, but the funk lifted and it was like nothing was wrong. Ugh... this stage is so incredibly frustrating. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the Denver/New England game, and that's when I started feeling better. But, I also asked my friends to forgive me for being such an ass and explained what was going on. Everyone was very supportive and understanding.
Thanks for letting me rant a little on here too, guys. It's nice to know that everyone on here is so supportive.
Brent
