head colds

Just curious. I've been fighting a RAGING head cold for a week and a half. Seems like I get one a year. Anyone notice that they linger-longer post WLS?

If your resistance is down because of maybe not getting enough vitamins etc yes I think a head cold could last longer. Try XiCAM and it might help.

Glad you asked this....I'm fightin my first post WLS head cold for over a week now. Can't seem to shake it.....and I do take alot of vitamins! Anyone know any meds good for us to take to help fight this germ?

Just finished my first post WLS headcold. Seemed to be about the same length as I usually get. Tylenol Sinus Congestion and Pain worked wonders for me. I also picked up some Vitamin C - gonna stay on that till I get my flu shot in November.

Yes   I got it right before I left to go riding in the redwood's and I still am coughing up a lot of junk .
I still mananged to have a great riding time in the forest's of northern Calif. ( loved it )
