GOOOOOOOAAAAAALLLLLL!

Well, one of them anyway!

I got on the scale and can officially say goodbye to the 300's. I'm now under 300lbs and one of my significant milestones/goals have been met!

Also, last week, I was able to wear my wedding ring again after 8 years of seeing it in the wife's jewelry box...

I just have to say thanks to everyone for all the support and insiration to do well! I owe a lot to you guys!

Congrats! Keep up the good work. I always reminded myself, every lb is a milestone, but the big ones like 300, 250, 200 felt soooo good.

SCHWEEEET! Enjoy that wedding band...you won't be wearing it long! Or, at least, you'll be needing to resize it, soon.
