There is very minimal amounts of calcium and iron in any multi. You ABSOLUTELY need to suppliment a separate iron (taken on an empty stomach at least 2 hours away from calcium) with Vit. C...if you take your C with iron it will help the iron absorb. PLUS you need to take at least 2000 mg of calcium citrate a day, plus extra D (separately).
Multis alone will not meet all of a RNYers daily nutritional needs, actually a study released a few months ago, showed that RNYers that were just on multis ended up vit. deficient.
