bloody hungry

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Bama is on the lower Alabama coast.
I can pick on rednecks all I want to! I practically am are one! (bad grammer intended) Did ranch work when not policing. I know how to drive and fix tractors, can weld, fix barbed wire fences, feed cattle and can take a bull calf and make him a steer along with many other ranch related skills. Skills that are not very marketable in suburban Atlanta but still none the less in my repertoire!
Felt right at home yesterday in Dawsonville, GA when I found a Tractor Suppy Company (TSC) store to wander through and buy me some 38X30 blue jeans. FYI - have not worn 38's since the Reagan years first began so that is a my "mini-FART" for today! Have a good week Lance!!

I felt just like you do. At two weeks it was clear that I was going to have to continue on at least one diabetes medication, I hit a stall (common), I was onto the puree stage of the post-op diet but craving carbs so badly that thought I'd go insane. I was discouraged, disappointed, and found myself wondering why I had ever done this to myself.
Week three and four post-op were tough for me. Then I turned the corner. I started loosing again, my energy picked up, my mood was high, I felt great. That lasted a total of two days before I got hit with whatever bug it is that's kept me in bed for the past week.
My point, what you are feeling is normal. Your body and mind are still trying to deal with your surgery. I never felt full with soups, yogurt, and the like. Once I moved on to chicken breast and lean proteins, things got much better.
Hang in there... it gets better.... much better.
