Topic: Weekly Weigh-In!
Once a week "tale of the tape" boys! Weighing every day is dandy but once a week, same time, same place gives a more accurate reading in my opinion. For me, I weigh every Monday morning which lets me better assess any weekend eating damage. Like eating a whole bag of frickin' chocolate chip cookies yesterday. Crap!
Anywho, weighed 217 last Monday and 221 this morning. Over my "red-line" weight of 220 so got some work to do.
