Pain in the fat?

Anyone have anything like this?

I have been running for a while now, over a year, and I am now getting a sharp pain in the area where I have flab under my right arm in my lat area.  It is very sharp and only happens when I start running.

It is pretty intense pain and right in the heart of my excess skin.  There is no real marking on it, but I do notice some mild chafe marks.

I know it is gross, but it feels like it is getting worse.  Anyone know anything about it?

Fatty tumors or lympnodes.  If it's fatty tumors...no worries unless it bothers you, then a doc can take them out.  If it is lymphnodes get it checked out.  The next time you need labs done, go in for results and get it checked out at that time.  Brian

Thank you.  I am going to the doctor today.   None of those options sounded very appealing!
