For me it has been all over, but mostly outside in... Feet, face... then calves, arms...  Although my stomach, butt, legs are still pretty big in my opinion, they've definately shrank alot compared to pre-op measurements.  I had this 2XL winter jacket that I could wear pre-op but not button it... not even close...  In fact if I tried to stretch the coat around my belly it had a good 7-8 inches before it would touch...  Now I wear it zippered up and it doesn't even feel binding. 

first place I noticed was my neck, since I lost a chin or two and then my ass and then my gut.
