Hi Guys,

I've been at a conference in Richmond Virginia this past week and haven't been checking in.  Last week was mixed as far as my success goes.  The big thing I did last week was run a 5K morning run.  I finished and kept running the whole time.  I also walked and worked out at the gym attached to the hotel.  On the more negative side,  I ate a lot of high calorie food.  The amount was much less than I have eaten in the past, but it was still more than I would have liked to have eaten.  The scales show that I have stayed at the same weight for over a week now and that says something when I am only 12 weeks out and should be losing weight at this point.  I do see some of my old habits sneaking in again.

Yesterday, I ran (while it was snowing) for a little over three miles.

Today, I walked for 40 minutes at lunch break.

Hey Stephan,

Stick with the program and the weight loss will start up again. Great job on the exercise front!  I can relate to "eating a lot of high calorie foods" lately. As you said, I also can "see some of my old habits sneaking in again" so time for you and me to nip it in the bud, bud!
 
Yesterday, I had a great day exercising with 45 minutes of lifting, 30 minutes spinning and an hour of running up and down the basketball court getting throttled by the first place team in our rec league. Holy samolies, those guys were good. 0 and 7 baby!
