Anger management.

I got a heavy bag  off Craigslist. today.
I am taking a break right now from hanging it in the basement, then I will proceed to beating the crap out of it.

Do yourself a favor and make sure you tape up real good.  I hit the bag occasionally and at one point I blew out a hand tendon ridding my "anger" 

The extra 10 minutes of taping is worth being able to wipe your ass........
