Popcorn?
I have the low fat, low salt version of microwave popcorn on occasion. I just bought a box of Orvil Redenbacher's 100 calorie mini popcorn cakes and they are extremely tasty. They make a good crunchy snack and a good way to limit the calories per "eating session." Quantity or portion control so to speak with one bag being 100 calories. A little fiber, low bad fat, decent good fat and a couple grams of protein but most importantly, they taste good.
