OK,  today I did 15 minutes of stairs plus 40 minutes walking 3.5 miles an hour.

I've had trouble doing my usual exercise because of some bad back and leg pain, but I decided to force myself through it and today did 45 minutes on the treadmill (slower speed than usual), ten minutes on the bike, and some back exercises.

I was going to by a home gym, but a local "planet fitness" opened up with very low rates, much cheaper than buying something.  I'm going to check it out on my day off, Friday.

This week has been tough since it's now geting darker sooner and we're prepping for a huge Halloween party on Saturday.  I did volunteer for 6 hours today at a local Habitat house build.  There's no excercise like digging footings, mixing cement, hauling lumber and swinging a hammer!  I enjoy my office job and the pay that goes with it but a day like today makes me want to take a second look at my career options.  I can't wait for another build!
