Double Takes
It has been interesting to me to walk around work today. I have noticed that many people are looking at me twice and that some people who used to say hi are no longer waving or saying anything. I think people are not recognizing me as easily. Several people today commented on things like, "boy you are wasting away, is it on purpose?" "wow, you've lost a lot of weight" "hey skinny" "you're looking great" etc..... This has come at a good time because I have been stuck in the 230s for about ten days now. I'm feeling motivated again. Cutting back on my portion sizes (eg. two ounces of tuna today at lunch instead of four)
Same here and it gets old after a while coming from the same people. I can't tell you how many people have told me they thought I was a new guy..."who the hell is that tall new guy?" haha. HELLOOOOOO?!

Poor guy ; YEAH I heard that one A LOT TOO !
I even had one of the big boss's ask me if I was feeling alright .
HAAA I diden't even know how the hell he was . LOL
The stall is normal its just your body adjusting it's self to the new way of living and eating . Things will start up again shortly , just stay on course .
Good health and best wishes
