REALLY getting the 3pm laggies
Ok. I get that I'm just coming down from a nasty head cold that lasted a few weeks. But these afternoon "laggies" are really killing me! I actually slumped over on my desk after school this afternoon while I waited for a meeting to be over (ride-share, and all) and fell asleep! It generally picks up again at about 6 pm, and then I feel great through eleven or so.
To throw into the mix. I'm getting my b's. I'm even taking an extra dose with lunch to try to curb this. I also threw in an extra Iron yesterday and today just in case. I"m also hitting a protein about an hour after lunch. I still sip water continuously through the day, and have begun adding calcium to it for...what the hell, why not?
I've always been a little bit of a "slow-down" as soon as school lets out at 2:19, but this is getting rediculous. Think it could be just my body catching up from this aweful sinus infection? I'm 9 days on the anti-biotic, and have felt great for the past six or so.
Ok...discuss.
