One Year Ago

Well, my one year Surgiversary past yesterday. I haven't been on the boards much at all, but I thought I would stop by and share just a bit.

I went from a starting weight of 334 to my current weight of 214. I hit that sometime in April and have not lost or gained more than a pound or two either way since. I still have 25ish pounds that I could lose and I am really going to focus on exercise to try and do so. However, I am happy if this is where my body choses to stay.

My tool has given me my life back. There isnt one single thing I regret about the decision to have the surgery. Life is good.

Hope you are all doing well, and enjoying success.

Troy

Good job Troy. I don't no how tall you are but our weight and weight loss were very simular. It took me about six months to go from 214 to my present weight of 200.My body has said no mass. After football season I plan to start lifting and running again ,but more to tone than to loose weight. Good Luck Randy
