Nothing much new to report.  I have continued with my 15-20 minutes of walking 8 flights of stairs mid morning and then walking 2 1/2 miles at lunch time.  Today, I pushed myself during the walk and completed it in 37 minutes which is a little over 4 miles an hour I believe.  The walk wasn't as relaxing, but it got my heart rate up.

Beautiful day here in Wisconsin.  Sunny, 60s, still have some fall color left.

Did an hour of weight lifting and core stuff in the gym yesterday morning and did 30 minutes of spinning last night. Did my 30 minute core workout this morning along with my daily 51 pushups and 101 situps. Nice work Stephan!
