Friday Coffee Talk
Good Friday morning everyone! Or should I say BOO! HEHEHE! Today is going to be a wonderful day! It's Friday, the weekend is just about here, and I feel excitement in the air for some strange reason. A good excitement too. Dunno why. ??? Oh well.......
Our challenge for today is to live out loud. What do I mean by that? I mean LIVE life as fun, as hard, as exciting as you can. Don't sit back in a corner somewhere and let life pass you by. Even as we are in our 40's, 50's, or even older, our lives are just beginning. So stop living quietly and LIVE! Enjoy your life. Enjoy LIFE AFTER WLS! Your thin, or on your way, and you have a NEW YOU to live for and to live with. I look at my Mom. She is 63 and has had WLS a year ago. She's down to a size 14 from a 22/24 and LOVES HER LIFE. She is healthier now than I have seen her in years! This week, she is at the beach living it up (in a good way). Before WLS, she sat at home in a recliner and you couldn't get her to move. What a change! So enjoy yourself. I dare you today to ENJOY LIFE! Stop being so negative and so full of hate at the world around you. Turn those things around so you can enjoy your life. God wants you to enjoy it. So do I.
So, who's up this morning? What cha sipping on? ME? I'm loving me some Boca Java Boca Mocha this morning. Try saying that one 10 times really fast! HEHEHEHE
