Mega F A R T !!!!!

Gotta let this one loose.....yesterday went to see my NUT at my doc's office and of course I had to weigh in. Well...got on his scale and saw since my first weigh in with doctor....I have now lost 100lbs.!!!!! I did lose some weight pre-op....but seeing a hundred lbs. come off the scale was a real satisfying feelin!!! Sorry if I smelled up the locker room....but I just hadda let this one rip!!!

Congratulations podnah. Now go wipe your ass.

 Yeah it's hard to believe when you realize you've lost 100lbs...it's also hard to tell you have lost that much too. I keep my head wrapped around it by counting 20lb bags of ice. The weight loss is more easily seen (realized) when you put it in the context of bags of ice.
