Finally in the outskirts of Century City!!
As I mentioned in the weigh-in I pinched off the .6 pound turd that got me to 199.4!! That puts me just inside the outskirts of Century City!! I have been hanging right around 200-202 for awhile so glad to see a 1 on the scales! Thought some pics would be in order...
Befores....taken night of my Last Supper of chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans and homemade biscuits. Yum-yum! Then I had to wait two weeks because of sleep apnea.
And the afters taken yesterday. Not quite to goal and was going to buy new suit then but sig other has shendig next weekend that I needed one for so figured okay since I needed on also for possible job interviews.
....and I guess as part of my "reurbanification" from 20+ years of small town life I'm actually wearing COLORED socks for the first time since.....?

I can't really say "yes" or "no". My estranged wife commented to me that she used to have to tell me to roll over so I would not snore so badly. That went to checking to see if I was even alive after surgery because she could not hear me breathing I was so quiet. I took my CPAP back a month after surgery becasue I was not going to pay for something I was not going to use. Been sleeping great last few months without one.
