Brain cramp

So after 2 months, I'm beginning to settle into my new lifestyle. After learning more about nutrition, digestion and waste elimination than I ever thought I'd need, I feel comfortable with the new way of doing things. I'm also at the point where my energy levels and stamina are starting to come back. I was working this weekend, harvesting some firewood and working up a pretty good sweat. Sitting on my tractor, which comes with a drink holder right in the fender, I slipped back to the old habits. I opened the top of my ever-presen****er bottle, tipped her up and was halfway through the second glug before my body gently reminded me that I am mortal and have some influence over when I choose to leave this world. In the words of Dr. Smith,"Oh the pain...."
I got off the tractor and for a minute or two, thought I was going to my knees. Sometimes, you forget the little things but you can bet your ass, I'll not forget that one again.

Snick,
You're right and that's just about what it felt like but lasted a lot longer. Where in Florence? I work in Hebron so we should get together and split a lunch sometime.
