goobye 300's

Just weighted myself this morning and for the first time since high school I am under 300 (298lbs).  I would never have dreamed of this.

Congrats!  Thats great, I hit that mark last week. ITs a great feeling.

Great job to all of you *****cently broke the 300 pound barrier!! Now you can all join in with me trying to break the 200 pound barrier. It's gonna happen.....count on it!
