sugar in yogurt
Regular yogurt is sugar bomb with upwards of 25 grams of sugar per 4 oz. serving. That said, low-fat and low-sugar yogurt is a good, healthy food to have for breakfast. Good source of calcium and potassium with a decent amount of protein.
I eat Dannon Lite & Fit not-fat yogurt when I can find it on sale. Here's the nutritional stats for one 4 oz container.
