Try the "Fit 'n Light" low-carb yogurt. Otherwise, too much sugar -- and you will pay the "dumping" price, believe me.

I eat a TON of yogurt. I just always buy the plain kind and flavor it with protein powder or crystal light.

I never thought of flavoring it with crystal light, AND a quart container of plain yogurt is alot cheaper too.
Hmmm grape yogurt for desert tonight........

Regular yogurt is sugar bomb with upwards of 25 grams of sugar per 4 oz. serving. That said, low-fat and low-sugar yogurt is a good, healthy food to have for breakfast. Good source of calcium and potassium with a decent amount of protein.

I eat Dannon Lite & Fit not-fat yogurt when I can find it on sale. Here's the nutritional stats for one 4 oz container.
