Honey & Fruit Sugar
Honey, love honey.
However...................
Several weeks ago I had three of my granddaughters at my home on a Saturday morning. And they wanted some of grandpa's biscuts.
In the procces of covering them with butter and honey, some of the honey got on my finger. Just a touch, a tiny bit, hardly enough to worry about.
So, being me, I licked it off.
BIG MISTAKE! Didn't completely put me down, but I was one unhappy dude for several hours. Like having a 100 pounds tied to me.
Honey..................
Don't do it!

Fructose is not your friend. Kashi go lean crunch is ok - too sweet for my taste, but doesnt make me dump. Look at the sugars on the kashi label, any food with those will be ok, they are not refined - fructose is refined and hard for us to digest. As for the honey, I use some but it is also too sweet for my taste - Ive been called a sourpuss. LOL

I think this is where individual biology and surg takes diversions. I don't handle refined sugars well at ALL! However, honey doesn't seem to have a bad effect on me. Granted, I don't use much of it. Fruits have never given me a problem when whole, but fruit juice is like drinking arsenic for all I care. I eat apples every day, but a glass of apple juice sends me packing! Dump truck style.
So. My advice isn't to find out what makes you dump, and what doesn't. My advice is to just consider it all contraband, and move on to the salties
