MY STORY: imthebiggestloser.blogspot.com/
Chicken breast, turkey breast, they're both to dry. Feels like I've eaten wood chips. Just about anything else I can eat.
I have to be a little careful with the sweets. I ate about 10 of those little chocolate covered Hostess donuts along with a glass of milk the other day and felt like I was gonna throw up for a couple of hours afterward. And then did it again with a bigassed bowl of raisin bran a couple of days later.

The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.
I can't eat anything reheated in the microwave. Also, if things are too dry or too chewy I can't eat them. Chicken is a 50/50 shot, same with turkey, beef is about a 25% chance I can't eat it. With beef it depends on how it's done. If it's in chili, sloppy joes, tacos, i'm ok, others, it's hard to tell. I'm a year out and still have to experiment.
I never know. I am still having a lot of trouble with meats, like dark meat chicken off the bone, pork, beef. I fixed a pork tenderloin in the crock pot the othe day and was moist. The first time I ate it I was ok, but the 2nd, I had the foamies, which I get alot. My chest starts hurting, my mouth starts watering, then I throw up clear mugus (sorry for the TMI). I guess this is the foamies. Had some Chinese food one day and was fine, the next I got sick. Maybe it's the microwave thing, don't know. Chopped up meat in the food processor with salsa or something like that is usually fine.
I'm 7 months out I can't tolerate anything with cream, yet I can have yogurt and cheese. Is this lactose or just the fats? I had my first dump on sugar a few weeks ago from barbaque sauce, so sugar is out. I don't eat bread, rice or pasta. Pork chops/roast it depends on the mood of the pouch. I ate some roasted turkey thigh tuesday night and threw up for 3 hours, with some blood coming up due to the intensity of the heaves, I must have broken some blood vessles. Not the first time for blood either. Chicken is the same as turkey, some days, ok, some not. Sugar free ice cream was good...one time and then it was
Fried food I can have a little of if its dry, meaning not wet/glistening with the grease/oil.
I had quinoa once and it sat like concrete. Fruit I've only had applesauce, cantalope, watermelon, peaches, blueberries and a couple of strawberries and those are all ok.
Veggies I'm ok with, even brocolli and cabbage.
I'm VERY chicken about trying new foods because I get sick enough as it is.
