Slugging Water Down
Well When you say sorta what do ya mean ?
And your avie doesn't say what type of surgery you had ?
I had lap band and can not do that , I have to give it time to make it's way down. Some times I wish I could do that .
Like on a hot summer day after a long bike ride .
If I let it go to long it gets even harder to chuge a larg amout of water at one time .
I cant drink Isopure; I
Kool- aid is the same thing too.
But i'd keep drinking the water though .I don't think it will hurt you .
