Almost a Deuce!

Ah, so close.... I weighed in at 462 this morning, 6 pounds away from 200 lost!  I have about 2 weeks before my 1 year anniversary, and I SO want to make that goal!  Really gonna concentrate on my protein and water, and try to get more excercise in!


On the career front, been on the road for a month now and loving it!  What a difference from being stuck in bed!


Hang in there new guys! It's worth it!

Hey Dale.  Make it or not, that is great news.  You have really done well and are looking awesome.  How is the job going?  It can't be easy being out on the road, but you are making it work.  You are a real inspiration to all of us.

I'm doing great thanks!  I'm loving being out there.  It took me some time to get used to it, and it's tiring, but man it is so cool.  This time of year, I've seen some awesome scenary!    Also, cool thing, my wife went with me last weekend for a 4 day trip, and we took a couple days as a mini vacation.  First time we've went anywhere without the kids in 20 years.. LOL..  Ran down thru Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina. Gorgeous fall scenary.  Spent a couple days in parks... so cool.. a year ago no way could I have walked around a park for a few hours... it's opened up a whole new world for me.

I'm still planning to stop and see you when I get your way.. so far the closest I've got is Pocono Summit, PA... but I'm sure I'll get that way soon  and I'll be surprisin ya!

I am about an hour rom there on 84.  I am about 30 minutes from the point where NY, NJ and Pa come together.  Look forward to shooting the **** with you face to face.

Dude, that drive down the east coast makes me jelous! I get to see some colour here, but not quite as much. No forests or mountains.
