Exercise?

Hey guys, what types of exercises do you use to burn your love handles and seen results? I went to my first spin class today, and let me tell you..That totally kick my ass. Your help is much appreciated.

I do 4 spin classes a week, and if you're going to continue to do them, here's some advice...get a gel seat ($9.95 at Walmart) and a pair of padded bike shorts.
Trust me, they make all the difference in the world.

You know they say fat comes off evenly around your body. Unfortunately, that means you just have to keep burning fat and eventually the love handles will come off.

With that said, I think the main thing is changing up your exercise so you keep your body guessing and not getting used to the same old routine. A good amount of cardio mixed with some resistance training is always a good combo to melt the fat off from around your entire body.

Good luck to you! Btw, the love handles are my #1 spot I wish I could lose too but when I think about it, that was the biggest concentrated area of fat I had on my body so it makes sense that it is the area that is taking the longest to shed off.
