Since I have changed my weight lifting routine I haven't got on the scale's much for the last few months. When I have weighed it has just changed slightly do to adding muscle mass and loosing inches. The other day my wife asked me if I had weighed lately. She said it looked like I had lost more weight so I pulled out the scale and to my surprise I have dropped 10 pounds from the last time I have weighed. That is now a grand total from surgery date of 330 pounds I have lost. Even better I decided to check my BMI and it is now down to 29 and that drops me into the overweight category instead of obese range. I probably haven't been this weight or in the overweight category since I was in Junior High School. I am now 36 pounds below the goal weight my doctor set for me, and I am 15 pounds away from the new personal goal weight of 199 pounds. So strike a match guys this was a FART 2 years ago I never thought would happen.

Probably blood loss from the accident!!  Just kidding, Al...Hopefully the accident is behind you and you're healing OK.  Really, that is great.  Hopefully it will help with the heart.  I know my heart (CHF) got a lot better after the weight loss.  When my cardiologist told me I had CHF, he seemed to be issuing me a death sentence.  My heart ejection rate (for pumping out of the heart) was at 35%.  It got up to 50% after the weight loss (normal range).  God can work miracles.  Go for it, Al.  Think I'll go walking to keep'er going.  Brian
