Went to the Y with our whole family and some friends. I ran a five K on the treadmill in 28 minutes and then did some weights.

40 minutes high intensity on the eliptical and then 30 minutes on the recumbent bike at moderate intensity. taking a break from lifting for a little while after I dislocated my shoulder last thursday.
