Anyone broken a chair...

There is one kind of chair that I have broken a lot. It is held tohether with glue and it has arms and it seems to be in hospitals. I broke one two days after surgery. It was excruciating to try and get up from that with stitches etc.


I also stay out of lawn chairs so I don't go to picnics etc.

Yeah I have brokena  chair and that played oin hea for years, still does. every time I walk in to see a client or to a restaurant I scan the room for take in which chair is safe and to make sure ask for a table instead of a booth. The plastic chair to this day scare the hell out of me, We have alot those in So Cal.
even post-op I have the same habits even though I fit a booth and still panic when i go to a restaurant without tables. Old habits die hard.

I worked in outside sales, I was meeting with the owners of a fire protection company mid sentance SNAP BOOM BANG
Snap the wooden committing suicide
BOOM me falling to the ground
BANG my face slamming against the conference table on my way down.

They tried to play it off but it was over. I obviously didn't close the deal but I did cost them a chair 

Broken chairs, couches, toilets, and more.

I've never broken a chair (thank God, or I probably would have just died right there ), but I once broke a toilet seat at a friends house.  Pinched the heck out of my butt, too!  I also had the misfortune of breaking the back of the seat in my car once.  Let me tell you, it is NOT easy to drive without a seat back. 

I needed the seat belt extenders and have broken more than 2 chairs.
