Hey Guys.

I know I don't swing through very often and post, but I wanted to let you all know that I have accomplished a MAJOR FART this week.

For the first time in my life, I have reached a NORMAL BMI. I am just about two months shy of my two year anniversary. For you folks new to this journey.... HANG IN THERE AND WORK THE TOOLS!!!!! For those of you old timers who have been there along my journey, thank you for your encouragement and support.

Wow!! 261 lbs. What a fantastic loss of weight! You have made a huge accomplishment and I'm sure your life has gotten so much better. Thanx for posting this major fart and being an inspiration to all of us hopefuls, but please give us a break now and do a big spray of air freshener!!
