I haven't decided yet but I'm thinking along the lines of I'm going to try to focus on more exercise and getting fluids/vitamins/protein in like I'm supposed to. I've been slacking. If this foot ever heals I swear I'll devote my life to making me healthy!!! And for Lent (I'm not catholic by the way) I guess I could give up caffeine.....or chop off my head since that would be the equivalent to giving up caffeine lmao.

You could always do like that movie 40 days and 40 nights and give up something else

I used to be a celebate missionary, before age 22, if you can believe that. Can't see that it helped anything.

I can't do resolutions. The things I like and want to spend my time on just change too often.

My only resolution for the new year is going to be the resolution run that they don on new years day.  There is a local 5k that is run on the first, I plan to do that.

I always fail on making the resolutions, so I decided i'm not going to make one.

If there is one thing I will try to strive for it is to eliminate the extra calories,  gotta stop those B.L.T.'s (bites, licks, tastes)  They really seem to add up and are counter productive to all the good work I do at the gym.

Happy New Year!

Scott

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

My motto make resolutions I can keep.

Like keep listening to the Dr and work on the big three: die****er, exercise and vitamins. If I attack those I attack it all.

That is still probably more than I can handle but handle it I must!

My goal is to continue the things I am doing already.  To get regular exercise, drink my fluids, eat right and enjoy life.

Here's to a great 2009!
