Still Struggling with food
During my liquid and soft food weeks, I basically did not eat anything. I know that was wrong, but I did not like anything that I could eat.
Now I have been cleared to eat "whatever" I wanted as long as it was low fat and no sugar. Has not been bad at all. I still never get hungary and I don't eat as many meals as I should each day, but I am loosing weight at a prettty good clip.
Feeling hungary could be just "head hungar" I think you would be better off to stop nibbling, that just makes me want more.
I did go out a buy the sugar free candy just to feel like I was not be deprived. I also bought sugar free pancake sryup. I love pancakes and was really getting down becuase I could not have them. But my doctors office said I could have them with the SF sryup so I did, Then I did not want them anymore. I think it was more of a "you can't have it" thing instead of really wanting it.
So far for me at 2 months out it all seems easier, especially when I look in the mirror and my pants have gone from a tight 48 to a 42 waste.
