Little over 2 months out and I have lost 70lbs since surgery.  Down 93 lbs from my heaviest.

Another 17 pounds and I will be at my weight when I graduated High School.

Dan, this is just great.   I can't believe you have lost 70 lbs in just two months.  FART

OFF topic, my family decided to fly to California with US Airways to save a thousand bucks and changed planes in Phonix rather than going directly .  While it was fun seeing a little of the Phoenix area from the sky,  I wasn't too impressed with that airline and man the airport was packed like sardines.   We missed our flight in Phoenix and US Airways accidently cancelled our tickets returning and I ended up in the middle seat next to a snoring woman and a young kid who's ipod must have been blowing his eardrums out.  The good news was that I could easily fit in the middle seat.  I still like the aisle seat.

Enjoy the warm weather.

Congrats Dan! Isn't it amazing how it just seems to fall off? Enjoy the ride and don't get hung up when it doesn't come off as fast. Work hard and stay focused on the long-term goals and you'll eventually get to where you need to be.

Keep up the good work!

That is so awesome Dan!

I'm one month out as of this past Saturday. I was kind of bummed to see that I stalled a bit last week. But hell, 47lb's in 1 month is quite amazing. I haven't lost mu*****lothing size, but there were a few shirts that were small and I now can wear. Now that all the holiday crap is over and I'm back in the office regularly going to get myself into a regular biking or walking schedule after work every day. That should help the stall move along.

Right now I'm teaching myself to portion using a scale and stick to that portion. I keep catching myself eating to much as it was. Kinda tough when you live alone with no one but yourself to nag at you for doing stupid sh*t.

Ate a hard boiled egg this morning a little to quick. Made for a wonderful lesson learned ride to work in great discomfort LOL.

Can't wait to hear more great news from you Dan!

I have also lost 73 pounds since surgery which is just over 2 months. I have gone from a tight 48 pair of jeans to size 42. I am hoping to get to 185 which is the weight I was when I graduated high school also and was playing football.
