B12
Sublingual every day.
I may be mistaken, but I though I read where the blood test does not necessarily give our true B12 levels and the only way to be sure we are getting adequate B12 is to get injections. Anyone know if this is true? I suppose if it is I'm doomed to peripheral neuropathy in old age.
Best Wishes,
Dave

The B-1 for Thiamin test is done incorrectly in almost every setting so that's probably the test you're thinking of. The lab people are SUPPOSED to wrap the vacu-tube in tinfoil to prevent light from entering and destroying the B-1 in the blood. It's a light-sensitive test. My B-1 levels NEVER are correct because of the ignorance in the lab.
