WLS and ADHD
Thanks for the reply. You could very well be right. I take a B-vit 5x per week but I've been leery of the Vitamins I've been using and am thinking of switching back to the more expensive liguid vitamins.
Protein could be a part but I'm pretty good with taking my supplements and eating lots of chicken and other things with protein. Plus, I can tell if I need more protein because I get REALLY moody and snappy! Or I should say my wife can tell...lol.
Thanks again. I'm going to see an acupuncturist in two weeks to treat my condition so I'm pretty excited.

I've had some attention problems in the past, I've noticed that my attention gets better when I cut high glycemic index carbs and simple carbs and when I eat a lot of Omega-3 stuff. B vitamins may help too.
Did you see this?

8 percent of baseball players are on stimulants for ADHD. And I thought the game was more focus-based than fitness based. Or maybe all of that "out-standing-in-one's-field" is just a challenge to the attention span? I know I would need drugs to tolerate being an outfielder, for example or to sit on the bench and watch the other guys play, for that matter!
