Beck Diet Solution

I posted on the Main Forum and asked if anyone knew of a better book for me to use as I work to overcome compulsive eating.  One woman who was a compulsive eater and is a therapist suggested that I get the Beck Diet Solution.  She emphasized that this is not a diet book.  Rather, it teaches a compulsive eater how to think like a thin person. 

I've already ordered the book, workbook, and audio CD.  I'm retired and have plenty of time to work on this.  Bob

I should see if my library has this book. Sounds interesting...

Wow, I just checked the LA Public Library website and all the branches are checked out of this book. It must be a good book. Great, now I'll have to buy it!
