Question about...Pubic fat

So this is embarrassing and I hope I'm in the right forum to ask but, did/does anyone else have any issues with pubic fat...you know fat above the base of your penis?  How do you get rid of it? I don't have a lot but I'm seriously more self conscious about it since my surgery.  What excercises can help or is it something I'm just going to have to get used to?

I think the consensus is for the most part, surgery is the only answer.

Jim,

Guy is right on target with his post.  It ain't nothing that can't be fixed as part of an LBL with a little liposuction.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

You're not the only guy with this issue. It is a big self esteem issue with me too.

Just like anywhere else you store fat, it all has to do with genetics. As I lost weight, the fat came off all over and the pubic area was definitely not spared. It's pretty much down to the bone in that area.

Down to the bone, here, too.

I'm here to tell you, I just had plastic surgery on 12/23/2009 - panniculectomy.  As part of this surgery, when they pull the skin tight, a major benefit to this is that the mons pubis area gets pulled up when the skin is sewn back, as a result you get somewhat of a mons pubis lift.  I will tell you, in my case, the difference is quite noticeable.  Exercise just won't cut it my friend, good luck with this.

Is is accurate to say that a mons pubis lift "clears the underbrush from beneath the tree"?

It most definitely clears the underbrush and then some.  It is quite an "uplifting" experience to say the least.  The results are fantastic.
