I have a surgery date!

I finally got approved for surgery and have a surgery date of March 5th!  I've been trying for 5 years to get this done.  I finally got the right insurance.  My initial consult date was on Dec 9th with Dr. James Burhop at the Baritric Institute of Wisconsin in Waukesha, WI.  I had my support group meeting on Dec 10th.  I had my Diatary consult on Dec 11th.  I had my Physical Therapy Evaluation on Dec 17th.  On Dec 19th I had my Bracospasm Test and my Lab Work done.  On Dec 23rd I had my Psych Evaluation.  My packet was submitted to my Insurance company on Dec 31st.  On Jan 8th I was approved.  I found out that I was approved on Jan 12th.  I found out today on Jan 14th that my surgery date is March 5th.  I have to go to the Bariatric Seminar tomorrow Jan 15th. I had to pay $200 today and come up with another $500 next week and another $2000 by Feb 20th to pay for my out of pocket for my insurance.  A small price to pay for a lifetime of happiness.
