F A R T - century mark

Well I am down 100lbs from my heaviest today.  Stalled and hovered over that mark for a few days now so I am happy to report that I broke that milemarker.

Down 77lbs since surgery 2.5 months ago.

SW 402
CW 325
GW 165-185

Thanks for the inspiration before, during, and after surgery.

Damn cold front is pushing that stink out of the desert all the way over here!  Good Job on the first 100!

O yes - It will be about 76 degrees this afternoon.

That is awsome!  You are doing great, and it will just get better and better.  Keep up the good work and you will be young again!

That is some good stinkin, however, with it being -22 degrees here in Wisconsin, that stink can't penetrate this far north. You'll have to enjoy the smell farther south.  Just kidding.

Congrats Dan on hitting the century mark of pounds lost! It really is a great feelin to hit that mar****ep up the good work so we can all brag about getting to our goal!!

Oh my gosh, I can't wait to see you. I am so proud of you. I am glad that your doing so well. I have been stuck at the same weight for 2 weeks now. Its kind of discouraging as I am so scared to gain weight. I am down 52 lbs in total. And 103 to go. Have you done anything different to get the weight to start coming off again after you stalled? I bet the wife and kids are so proud of the Papa. Keep up the good work.
