Post WLS...Which foods are not your friend??

Bread....toast is ok but soft bread doesn't sit right.
Haven't tried sugar so i dont know.
Everything else sits TOO well.

There's nothing I know of that I can't eat. To much sugar gets my heart beating kinda hard, so I know it's affecting me physiologically, but there's not enough negative outcome to keep me from doing it. I'm finding that just like before surgery, I can control carbs late in the day if I don't start on them earlier, but if I start the morning off with something sweet, I'm craving sweets all day long. The best thing I can do is straight running protein until about 4:30 pm and then I can let up and do some starches and something sweet.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.

I haven't found anything that I can't eat.  I probably haven't tried everything that might give me trouble, but so far I seem to have an iron pouch.

I have problems in general with eating out at restaurants, because when I find myself eating away from home, I'm less constrained by my ability to plan meals and limit myself to what I have in the house.  So, it's easy to eat too much, too quickly, and I've sometimes been uncomfortable afterwards.  Not to the point of becoming ill, just uncomfortable.  I'm sure if you looked at what I actually ate, it was a pretty small amount; just more than I'd have if I ate at home.
