Thanks for posting this.  I watched the first forty minutes or so..... Still trying to process my feelings with it.  Wow.  It was a good reminder of what my body has gone through to help me get to this poitn in my life.   I am very impressed with these surgeons and what they do.  I am hopeful that many people will get this help in the future as people document what they do and hold themselves accountable through the use of media/

 Oh yeah, before my surgery I would watch the surgeries online over and over again. They were a great insight on how you should view your new 'tool' after your surgery. Once you see how much work goes into creating the internal structures and essentially not killing you in the process you really gain an appreciation for it on a more profound level. 

Very interesting.  I watched several online prior to my surgery also.  I couldn't make heads or tails of what they were doing!  My doc actually officiated one of the online broadcasts that I saw so that was pretty neat.  I can't imagine the amount of training and practice that it takes to do this!
