You can, but it can be pretty hard. I would watch out for your electrolytes...sodium and potassium. Be sure you add a small amount of salt to your diet (don't go hog wild...just alittle). Also some foods rich in potassium are; bananas, yogurt, spinach, oranges, tomatoes and raisins. Just keep it in the back of your mind. Once the humid summer comes to the south, you'll need to make sure you're on top of the liquids...but be sure to get in your salt and potassium too. Brian
