Band too tight?
Massive salivation (aka 'the foamies') is a sure sign of stoma irritation and/or swelling caused by a food obstruction or being too tight. Get to the doctor ASAP, I know how exactly how miserable you feel. (FYI for our non-banded friends - the stoma (the area between the pouch created by the band and the rest of the stomach) is extremely sensitve following an adjustment.)
Bear with me while I share 2 experiences with this same issue.
#1 - my first fill: I created my own problem. I woke up, felt thirsty, got me a nice glass of ice water, and took a gulp that was too big. Apparently too much too soon can cause a spasm in the area of the stoma that can close you up. My doctor recommends 48 hours of sipping clear liquids following an adjustment, and I figured out the hard way he meant what he said. I've also learned staying away from really cold drinks, especially early in the day, is a good idea, even after the 48 hour period is over.
#2 - my 3rd fill: I got too much fill. I went back, they backed off 1 cc, no more problems. The good news is that any swelling should go down in a few days following an unfill. I was refilled 10 days later with a slightly smaller amount and had no more issues.
Band adjustments are trial and error sometimes, especially the first few. Both you and your doctor are learning your body's tolerances, so hang in there. PM me if you have any questions, glad to help.

Thanks for the help. Well, I ended up calling my Dr last night. We met in the ER. Come to find out the problem was thinking I had a 10 cc band he gave me 3cc's for my first fill. Come to find out I only have a 4cc band. He took out 2cc's and the problem was gone with'in a couple of seconds.
Thanks again for your help...

Wow! That is amazing that he did not know your band size. I have a 14cc band. I can give you a somewhat related situation I had on one of my earlier fills. I think it was my third one. I got the fill and sipped the water with no issue. Later that night I ate out and ate very little. I was happy that the band worked. For the next three days it was perfect. Then, the restriction went away. I was confused how this happened. At my next surgeon's visit, I asked him if fills just disappear in days? Is there a leak? He explained that the issue most likely was me eating a somewhat heavy meal too soon after the fill. The stomach reacted by swelling. It was the swelling that gave me that full feeling. Once it was gone, I was back to the normal restriction. It took me 4 fills before I really felt the difference.
Also, that salivation in the lapband world is called sliming. That is what happens once you get stuck. Thebody produces saliva to loosen the stuck food. It only has one way to go and up it comes. I am a hard learner and have had my share of those experiences in the past three months. It's all part of learning to know when to stop and what not to eat.

Thanks for the help. I was told that after a fill I should be on liquids for 24 hrs. Then on soft foods for 48 hrs. After that I can start trying regular foods. The reason the Dr didnt know what size it was is He was not the Dr. that did the surgery and my old Dr. still had'nt sent any records. The Dr. called my old Dr's office and had to get the info from the asst. So, somewhere down the line it got confused. I have had problem since he removed 2cc the other night. Restriction is fine. Not very hungry. How ever I cant wait till I can try real food again.
Was that your first fill? Even 50% of the total fill is alot for a first fill. Be careful but don't overthink it. Just eat more protein/meat and chew.
Why should he post in the Lap Band forum? We have bandsters in here. No offense to the women in the Lap Band forum, but I get real tired of going there and only seeing post after post about the band being tight because of their period etc. After about the 1000 post on that subject I just stopped checking out the forum.
