I'm down 2 pounds this week. I have gone back to basics - measuring my food, counting protein again, and getting off the couch. It seems to be working! The dogs are even looking a bit more fit! And I am closing in on the under 200 mini goal. I noticed this week I can ALMOST touch my toes - now that hasn't happened in 20 years!

So belly up to the bar gents! What are your numbers this week? What have your successes been, or what have you been struggling with?

I weighed myself today for the first time in about 10 days.  I am at 203.  I'm about 2 1/2 years out.  I really wish I could get down to 190-180 because I have had 2 heart attacks.  But 203 is not total crap either.  For me it's trying to cut back on as much sugar as possible.  I really don't go after the carbs big time.  Also I don't like fried foods.  It's the little things like sugar in the coffee or ice cream that I have to really watch.  Each day I try to make it my goal of not using more than 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar.  I don't get there every day...but I try.  Brian

Finally broke through my stall.  It was a humdinger.  Lasted nearly 2 months.  Doing well again.  Since the dam burst 11 days ago, I am down 11 lbs.  Pumped up my water and increased intake for a few days,  Also pumped up the exercise and added more veggies  to diet.  All in all, seems to be working.  10 1/2 months post op today.

Highest: 462
DOS: 433
Current: 277
Goal: 200
Total WL: 185 lbs

Exactly the same as last wk. Been stuck in the 255-260 range since Thanksgiving. I guess I'm about through with the RNY induced loss and am gonna have to go to work losing the rest the old fashioned way.
