Arrived in "Century City" today!
I still don't think it'**** me yet but I weighed in at 199.8 today. Yeah, I know that's only like one low-fat yogurt away from 200 but still, it's good enough for me...lol.
The funny thing is, I was in a mini-stall for the last 6-weeks so last week I decided to rest from the gym. I only went 1 day last week and I dropped 3 pounds in the last 6 days. I also upped my caloric-intake for the week on purpose to shock my metabolism. I know it's completely opposite from what we're supposed to be doing but I am finding that you have to do it once in a while. I'm going back to the gym today though and getting back on track with the food starting today!
