50  minutes on stationary bike (15 miles) , followed by 1 mile run at the YMCA

I am working on completing the YMCA iron man (have all month to do it).  Finished the swim part (2.4 miles) now I'm working on the bike and run.

 5 Mile social run/ walk with the older guys followed by rotator cuff, shoulder and arms workout.

That was yesterday. Now it's Sunday. It'll be 40 minutes of cross country skiiing in the a.m. and two hours of Karate from 7-9:00 pm.

30 minutes of interval training on the torture device AKA an elliptical and then 3 "tours" of the circuit training weights at the Y.  Also spent the entire afternoon in the workshop playing around with some new router bits.
You're feet will bring you to where your heart is.
