Posting an Avatar

I'm extremely confused I've tried posting a picture from "my Pics" on my computer and it says the file is too large. I've also tried transferring a pic from my cell to the computer and then tried using that pic and still to no avail....

Can someone help me out??

You need to resize your picture to 100 x 100 pixels or smaller in order for it to work as an avatar.
