Its been 4 months try almost anything I don’t know what to do anymore I’m desperate, and to top it all I’m having my gallbladder removed next week could it be the gallbladder problem. My thyroid is doing ok.
You're a 196 lbs according to what you wrote. Here are the normal things you can do.
Add more protein and drop the carbs.
Drink more water
Try varying your routine and exercise. That may start a stall. You may have reached a point where the amount of calories eaten = amount of calories burned.
How do your clothers fit. Have you lost inches rather than lbs.
How tall are you?

I suggest that you make an appointment with your NUT then start a diary to take to her/him with everything you eat and every time you move written down. The average advice you get on this board is to consume more protien and less carbs, BUT my problem was the opposite, I wasn't eating enough crabs. So take the info to a professional and get their advice.
Good Luck
