Get in your potassium...
Just a quick reminder for those new post ops. Here is a list of foods that are high in potassium...I'd also lightly salt the vegetables to be sure you are getting some sodium in too...since you are sip sip sipping away and then peeing the sodium out of your system...Anyways: oranges, tomatoes, raisins, spinach, lima beans, bananas, avocado, yogurt, broccoli (this is a partial list, but a start).
